I am thoroughly pleased with the ufo led growing lights that I had installed into my greenhouse. As an environmentally conscious business owner, I have always looked for ways to reduce my businesses impact on the environment. There are a number of smaller things that I have done around the greenhouse in order to make it more environmentally friendly. I significantly reduced our paper waste and bought a composter for processing much of our other waste. I had been taking advantage of LED lighting technology in my offices and out on the sales floor since they first were available on the market. I was thrilled to finally see LED lighting technology transfer into plant lighting.

When ufo led planting lighting technology first came out I was curious about whether or not it would be as effective as the other plant lights that I was using. The information on the product seemed quite convincing and I was impressed by the significant reduction of energy that these lights utilized and the comprehensive lifetime of the bulb. These two factors could save me lots of money. I was constantly replacing the bulbs on my other planting lights and this created a lot of waste and it was very costly. I had to have these bulbs shipped from the manufacturer to my greenhouse and there was always a lot of packing material involved since they were fragile. By eliminating the need for replacement bulbs once a month not only could I reduce the waste from the bulbs, but also from all of the packaging material that they were shipped in.

When I compared the cost of running and maintaining the lighting system that I used and included the high energy cost of powering up the lights, it also made much more financial sense to purchase the new ufo led lights. I purchased the lights from an online retailer that had been selling plant lighting for a number of years. I knew that this retailer would only sell equipment that would work well. I was confident that my new lighting would serve its purpose well.

Several months later I have to say that I am very glad that I purchased the new grow lights. I have seen a significant reduction in my energy costs and the lights work just as well in stimulating plant growth as the previous ones that I used. I am glad that technology has taken strides in becoming environmentally friendly.
